About

Wealth software should be auditable like a ledger and conversational like a colleague.

We are building the platform we wanted for our own portfolios, and holding it to the standard an institution would demand.

Serious money still runs on unserious tooling. Whether you manage your own portfolio or a book of client accounts, the reality is the same: spreadsheets that drift, portals that lag, and reports that are stale the moment they are exported. Anyone managing wealth deserves the same standard of software as the institutions, and today almost no one has it.

A new generation of AI promises answers about your portfolio. But an answer you cannot trace is an answer you cannot act on, and an AI that improvises numbers is worse than no AI at all. Trust has to be built into the architecture, not bolted on afterwards.

ScalableWealth is built on one discipline: one source of truth, two ways to work it. The dashboard renders point-in-time numbers from stored holdings snapshots that are immutable, reproducible, and defensible. ScalableWealth Intelligence answers plain-language questions by calling typed tools against those same rows, and every figure it returns is a citation you can click straight back to the number that proves it. If Intelligence says it, you can see where it came from.

The same discipline sets the boundary. Intelligence informs; it never advises. Inputs and outputs pass through guardrails, refusals and policy decisions are logged, and the product takes you all the way to a costed, grounded rebalance proposal. Then it stops. We generate the orders; you decide; we never place them. Advisory is not a disclaimer we added. It is the shape of the system.

Today the product is framed for the individual investor. The machinery underneath is what a multi-portfolio practice runs on: typed tools, per-entity permissioning, an append-only audit trail, reproducible point-in-time numbers. When one investor becomes many, nothing needs rebuilding.

Where we stop, on purpose

We take you to the decision, then hand it back.

The product generates a costed, grounded rebalance proposal and stops there. We propose; you decide; we never place orders. Execution is out of scope by design, not a missing feature.
